ACC Report Card: High marks for Tigers, Hokies


North Carolina, C: The lack of depth caused by all those NCAA mandated suspensions and dismissals is starting to catch up with the Tar Heels. Now instead of putting second-and-third-teamers in to replace injured starters, coach and his staff have to resort to scout-teamers and walk-ons. And the drop-off is glaring, especially in the secondary. (Wilmington Star News)
