Tar Heels-Tribe matchup has family ties

For some members of the UNC football program, the reverberations from today’s meeting with William & Mary began months ago. It forced offensive coordinator John Shoop to go on radio silence with some of his family members. It led to defensive back Deunta Williams hearing it via text message from former teammates. If anyone thought that there wasn’t much riding on today’s meeting, think again.
