Harrison Barnes on AP pre-season All-America team

Duke's Kyle Singler is the leading vote-getter on The Associated Press preseason All-America team while North Carolina's is the first freshman selected since voting began 24 years ago. The 6-foot-8 Barnes, the only non-senior on the team, is considered the top national recruit by most scouting services. He averaged 19.7 points and 8.8 rebounds at Ames (Iowa) High School.
