Baseball Commitment Profile: George Carter
Posted Nov 4, 2010
George Carter was one of the first players to verbally commit to UNC’s 2011 recruiting class, making his decision as a sophomore while already standing 6-feet tall and 180 pounds. The left handed pitcher and first baseman continued to grow and is now 6-3, over 200 pounds and is legitimately one of the top two-way players in the state of North Carolina. Impact Baseball ranks Carter as the No. 5 player in the state’s 2011 class.
