No one knew what it would take to achieve UNC’s first-ever win in Doak Campbell Stadium. Turns out it was a record-setting performance from quarterback T.J. Yates. Just reciting the numbers alone tells the story: Yates threw for a UNC school record 439 yards. The Marietta, Ga. native is the first UNC quarterback to ever have two 400-plus yard passing performances. (Inside Carolina)
