C.J. Feagles following father's footsteps
Posted Nov 10, 2010
C.J. Feagles' first season as UNC's punter has been a success. The redshirt freshman won the job from returning starter Grant Schallock earlier in the season. Although Schallock had a better average, Feagles won over the coaches with his better hang time. The son of retired Giants punter Jeff Feagles is averaging 36.6 yards for 29 kicks, with a long of 49 yards and six kicks inside the 20-yard line.
