Hairston, who is signing with North Carolina on Wednesday in a 10:45 am ceremony at Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham (Va.). Hairston, the No. 5 small forward and No. 14 overall prospect in the Class of 2011 nationally by Rivals, joins James McAdoo and recruited walk-on Jackson Simmons as the current UNC basketball freshman class for the 2011-2012 season.
