The moment Harrison Barnes asked North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams if he could hear him while using Skype to announce his college decision last fall, Tar Heel Nation has been drooling in anticipation of his arrival. That long wait ends tonight, as the first freshman ever named preseason first-team All-America by the AP will make his formal debut in Carolina blue, as UNC hosts Lipscomb at the Dean Smith Center.
