UNC changes hiring practices as a result of scandal

In the future, Dick Baddour said, he'll ask prospective coaches about their relationships with agents. "We will certainly do a different kind of background for hires that we make in the future," Baddour said. "We’ll ask a series of questions regarding relationships with agents that we had not asked to before." Baddour defended John Blake's hiring, saying the university had no reason to believe he was in violation of the NCAA's rules.
