9. NORTH CAROLINA: "UNC has quality, but not quantity. Its class won't be ranked highly because of the lack of numbers, but it is bringing in great players. Carolina is still involved with some great players -- Marcel Dareus, one of the best defensive tackles in the country; E.J. Abrams-Ward [down to UNC or Tennessee]; Quinton Coples [UNC, Florida State or Tennessee]; and some others." (Raleigh News & Observer)
