Posted Nov 16, 2010
Mallard Creek quarterback Marquise Williams took a visit to N.C. State on Saturday but said he remains committed to North Carolina. Williams, a 6-foot-4, 220-pound senior, has thrown for 2,898 yards and 44 touchdowns. He has rushed for 1,058 yards and 17 scores for nationally ranked Mallard Creek (12-0). "My commitment is still firm," he said. "I just went to N.C. State to see how it was. I'm just weighing things out. I'm not really having second thoughts."
