UNC To Appeal Monday's NCAA Ruling

On Monday, the NCAA ruled junior fullback Devon Ramsay and junior defensive end Michael McAdoo permanently ineligible for the remainder of their college careers. In an interview with WCHL on Tuesday, Athletic Director Dick Baddour says he strongly disagrees with the ruling. (WCHL 1360)
