Heels Hold Off Bulldogs
Posted Nov 24, 2010
It wasn’t the thorough dismantling that most were expecting in No. 25 UNC’s attempt to end its two-game skid, but the Tar Heels built a 22-point lead early in the second half and survived UNC Asheville’s 31-15 methodical run to secure a 80-69 victory on Tuesday night. Tyler Zeller led UNC with a career-high 23 points and also grabbed seven rebounds, while Harrison Barnes scored 13 points and pulled down seven rebounds.
