Tudor: Resilient Heels never gave up on season

For all the Tar Heels were and were not, they never caved. They never gave up on the cause, even after the grand vision became an impossibility. “They’ve been unbelievably resilient all season long,” UNC head coach Butch Davis. For that determination, there will at least be the reward of a bowl trip and the opportunity to finish with a win more memorable than the methodical and sometimes uneven regular-season finale in Wallace Wade Stadium.
