Observations from UNC vs. Illinois

Entering Tuesday, Illinois guard Demetri McCamey told the Chicago Tribune the matchup was "personal." Apparently, the Illini were looking to exact a bit of revenge for the 2005 championship game, when the Tar Heels topped them for the NCAA title. It was a rather strange motivation, considering no player from either team was in college at that time. (Raleigh News & Observer)
