Ranking ACC basketball

4 – North Carolina (4-3) – The UNC haters will argue this, but Carolina played terribly Tuesday night but only lost by 12 at a good Illinois team that shot lights out. Carolina certainly has the talent, and history suggests the Tar Heels have the coaching. The big question is whether Roy Williams will pull the trigger and start the three freshmen, who will make this current team better and also give hope for the future. (Fox Sports Carolinas)
