Roy Williams brought his Tar Heels to Evansville, Indiana, just over an hour from Tyler Zeller's hometown of Washington. Residents of Washington chartered a bus for the trip. The entire high school coaching staff and team attended. Los Angeles Dodgers manager Don Mattingly, an Evansville native, was on hand. John Henson told Zeller it was the loudest pregame welcoming he'd ever heard for a visiting player.
