Marquise Williams weighing Heels, Hokies

Former Halifax County and Emory & Henry quarterback Aaron Brand has had a front-row seat for the recruiting of quarterback Marquise Williams, who apparently will choose between North Carolina and Virginia Tech. Williams passed for 3,135 yards and 48 touchdowns this season for Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte, N.C., where Brand is the offensive coordinator. (Roanoke Times)
