Hot dish: Boss Hog's feeds Tar Heels coaches

Billy Tripp, who cooks up ribs, barbecue and chicken at Greenville's Boss Hog's Backyard Barbecue, recently fed his Down East specialties to two of his idols: North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball Coach Roy Williams and former Coach Dean Smith. Tripp, a longtime Tar Heels fan, said he called the basketball office at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before Christmas to volunteer to feed the coaching staff.
