Marquise Williams sharp at Shrine Bowl practice

Tarheels quarterback Marquise Williams (Mallard Creek) has been living up to par during the first two days of practice. The 6-foot-4, 220 pounder has been throwing well and running the offense smoothly. The dual-threat quarterback has verbally committed to North Carolina. However, reports have surfaced that Williams may end up at Virginia Tech instead.
