Davis Love III to captain U.S. in 2012 Ryder Cup


III will be named captain of the 2012 U.S. Ryder Cup team early next year a source close to the situation has told GolfChannel.com. The PGA of America’s board of directors met late last month to approve the move, which has been widely anticipated following the U.S. team’s loss in October. Love, 46, has played in six matches and has a 9-12-5 overall record. (Golf Channel)
