The Tar Heels bounced back from the tough loss to Texas with a 85-60 win over the Tribe of William and Mary. The Heels move to 8-4 with the holidays ahead and a trip to Rutgers up next. The best time to catch an upset usually comes during exam weeks or during the holidays. With William and Mary’s shooting prowess etched into the minds of the veteran Tar Heel players, this game loomed as one of those traps.
