Is Dexter Strickland becoming an offensive force for North Carolina, or is his recent binge an anomaly from what the Tar Heels can expect for the remainder of the season? Strickland scored 19 points in Carolina’s 85-60 rout of visiting William & Mary on Tuesday night, reaching double figures for the third consecutive game after doing so just twice in UNC’s first nine contests.
