Dexter Strickland Says Kyrie Irving Remains Upbeat

[Duke guard] Kyrie Irving was inside Madison Square Garden Tuesday night, but he lit out before speaking with the media or two of his closest friends, Dexter Strickland and Harrison Barnes. Considering that his foot is in a hard cast, you’ll excuse him for making a hasty retreat. Strickland, who played in the backcourt with Irving at St. Patrick, said he hung out with his old friend Dec. 23 in New Jersey and that Irving remains upbeat.
