Four-star linebacker Travis Hughes will soon be playing in Chapel Hill. Hughes received offers from five other ACC schools, but the 6-foot-1, 225-pound Virginia native settled on the Tar Heels, making North Carolina one of three Coastal Division schools to score a four-star recruit during the last two weeks.
