Deunta Williams injury update

UNC senior safety Deunta Williams fractured his right fibula at the ankle joint in the first half of Carolina's 30-27 double-overtime win against Tennessee in the Music City Bowl on Dec. 30. Williams had surgery on Wednesday at UNC Hospitals by Dr. Tim Taft. Williams' recovery time will be updated later this spring. Williams finished the season with 49 tackles and three pass breakups.
