Tar Heels still a work in progress

Roy Williams will bring his North Carolina basketball team to John Paul Jones Arena for today’s showdown at high noon and probably won’t have any idea of what to expect from his Tar Heels until the opening tip. We all saw the UNC coach’s frustration through a down season a year ago, one that landed the Heels into the unfamiliar NIT, rather than the accustomed NCAA tournament.
