QB Marquise Williams enrolls at UNC

Mallard Creek quarterback Marquise Williams honored his commitment to North Carolina and has enrolled this weekend, he told the Observer via text message Saturday night. Williams, the Observer's offensive player of the year, led Mallard Creek to a 13-1 record and a N.C. 4AA quarterfinal appearance this season.
