Miami offer excites lineman Kaleb Johnson

Offensive guard Kaleb Johnson is being pursued by several major college programs, but one recent offer stands out. "Miami offered me recently and that was exciting," Johnson said. The Hurricanes have also secured Johnson's final official visit, which will take place starting Jan. 21. The 6-foot-5, 295-pound Johnson just returned from a visit to Iowa State and is heading to Louisville this weekend. He's already visited Rutgers and North Carolina. Rivals.com and Scout.com rank Johnson as a three-star prospect. (Florida Times-Union)
