It was more reflex than reaction. One by one, as North Carolina's standouts came to the Smith Center players' lounge late Thursday night to discuss their wild 64-61 win over Virginia Tech, their mannerisms were similar. First came freshman Kendall Marshall, fresh off a nine-point, nine-assist, no turnover gem, sitting down on a stool and exhaling, shaking his head just thinking about the roller coaster he had just rode.
