On Jan. 14, the morning after the University of North Carolina men's basketball team's win over Virginia Tech, sports talk radio stations from Raleigh to Charlotte were buzzing with one topic -- who should be UNC's starting point guard? The consensus of virtually every announcer was the Tar Heels should buy into the Marshall Plan -- freshman Kendall Marshall that is.
