Posted Jan 24, 2011
After spending the weekend on the campus of the University of Miami, Alonso's Anthony Chickillo realized he was home. Chickillo reconfirmed his commitment to Miami, Alonso head coach Lee Meitzler told The Tampa Tribune. The standout defensive end originally verbally committed to Miami in September, but reopened his recruiting when former Hurricanes coach Randy Shannon was fired last month.
