Freshman Reggie Bullock of the North Carolina men's basketball team is the Tar Heel Performer of the Week for January 17-23, 2010. Bullock, a forward from Kinston, N.C., scored a season-high 18 points in Carolina's 75-65 win over Clemson. Bullock was 6 for 10 from the floor, including 3 of 7 from three-point range. He scored 16 of his 18 points in the first half.
