RB Savon Huggins to announce college decision Friday
Posted Jan 25, 2011
Savon Huggins, a 4-star running back out of St. Peter's Prep (NJ) has narrowed his choices to Notre Dame, Michigan State, Rutgers and North Carolina. He's liked every visit he's taken and doesn't appear to be leaning toward one school. He has stated that he wants to run behind a fullback in college like he did in high school, and only three of his finalists do that offensively. Irish head coach Brian Kelly had to get creative in showing Huggins how he would use him in the Notre Dame running game without a fullback in front of him.
