RB Savon Huggins, DE Max Issaka to announce college decisions Friday

Two of New Jersey's most sought-after high school football recruits are holding press conferences Friday to announce their college destinations. Savon Huggins, a 5-star running back out of St. Peter's Prep, will decide between Rutgers, Notre Dame and North Carolina at his Jersey City school on Friday evening. Woodbridge High defensive end Max Issaka said he plans to choose between Rutgers and North Carolina. The 6-3, 220-pound Issaka is believed to be strongly considering Rutgers after making his official visit there this past weekend. (Asbury Park Press)
