Savon Huggins to announce Friday afternoon. Analyst predicts Rutgers.

If Rutgers is able to put an exclamation point on its football recruiting class today, as Mike Farrell expects it will, the national recruiting analyst for Rivals.com won’t hesitate to call it the best in school history. Huggins will make his announcement at St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, with the general feeling being that he is down to Rutgers and North Carolina. Defensive lineman Max Issaka, rated the No. 15 player in the state by Rivals.com, is also expected to make his college choice today. Like Huggins, he is reportedly down to Rutgers and North Carolina.
