Tuesday Talking Points
Posted Feb 1, 2011
It's been 10 years since Carolina played a game on February 1. The last Tar Heel game on this date was an 85-83 win at Duke in Matt Doherty's first season in Chapel Hill. Carolina's 15 wins in the last 16 tries against NC State is the most dominant run the Tar Heels have ever had in the series, and ties a Wolfpack stretch from 1946-52 as the most dominant in series history.
