As a massive winter storm pounded the Northeast Tuesday evening, No. 23 North Carolina got the snowball rolling early inside Conte Forum with a 22-4 run and proceeded to bury Boston College, 106-74, in its best performance of the season. Freshman wing Reggie Bullock (16 points) jump-started the Tar Heel party with four 3-pointers in the opening 12 minutes.
