Tar Heels Have Strong Showing In Recruiting

It turned out the NCAA investigation hovering over North Carolina’s football program wasn’t crippling to recruiting after all. The Tar Heels came up a strong 25-player class on national signing day, including the late addition of five-star defensive lineman Delvon Simmons. That came despite the fact that Butch Davis’ program still doesn’t know whether it will face NCAA sanctions.
