Here’s a look at what has changed for Coastal Division since commitment lists were updated on the eve of National Signing Day. North Carolina: Added Jacksonville (Fla.) defensive back Samuel Smiley. Added defensive tackle Delvon Simmons from McKeesport (PA). Added linebacker Keeon Virgile. Removed Christian Russell after he decided to attend Hargrave Military Academy in 2011.
