Disappointing decision by Larry Drew leaves UNC shorthanded

The decision of recently demoted junior point guard Larry Drew II to transfer -- some would say quit -- caught everyone in the program, most notably UNC head coach Roy Williams, completely off-guard. It also opens up a series of questions about the timing of the move and the relationship Drew and his family have had with the Carolina program that would be an unwelcome distraction for UNC.
