UNC escapes Clemson with 64-62 win

Keyed by a late Harrison Barnes dunk followed by a Kendall Marshall steal, North Carolina escaped with a 64-62 victory over Clemson Saturday in Littlejohn Coliseum. The victory came three days after the Tar Heels’ loss at Duke and raised North Carolina’s record to 18-6 overall and 8-2 in the ACC. Clemson, which had won 13 of its last 14 ACC games in Littlejohn Coliseum, slipped to 17-8 overall and 6-5 in the ACC.
