No. 19 North Carolina set a Smith Center record for fewest points scored by the home team against Boston College on Saturday, but another suffocating defensive effort lifted the Tar Heels to their 13th win in 15 games with a 48-46 victory. Tyler Zeller led North Carolina with 16 points and also grabbed nine rebounds, while Harrison Barnes posted 10 points and nine rebounds. (Inside Carolina)
