It started out with a different twist, but in the end, the result sure was familiar. North Carolina withstood an early knockdown, then battled back behind the play of freshmen Harrison Barnes and Kendall Marshall to pull away for a 75-63 victory against rival N.C. State on Wednesday at the RBC Center.
