Dexter Strickland’s New Jersey is not the leafy suburban one Carolina fans joke about as the breeding ground for Duke students. And the Jersey you’ve seen on MTV recently is miles away. “’Jersey Shore’ is nothing like where I’m from,” Strickland said flatly. “Where I’m from, it’s the city.” (Inside Carolina)
