Dexter Strickland closes in to give Heels edge on offense


In a win over N.C. State on Wednesday, the North Carolina Tar Heels rediscovered their shooting touch, and part of the reason for the increased offensive production was guard . No. 19 UNC will need Strickland, who is the starting shooting guard and backup point guard, to continue attacking the basket when Maryland visits the Smith Center today (7:45 p.m., Fox Sports) (Durham Herald-Sun)
