Dexter Strickland, Tar Heels hope to continue progress

North Carolina, which plays host to Maryland tonight, has compiled an 8-1 record this season when Dexter Strickland reaches double digits in scoring. Strickland logged 34 minutes of turnover-free playing time at N.C. State. That marked the longest appearance of his college career without a turnover. “He was a great asset to us,” forward Tyler Zeller said.
