North Carolina Would Be the Best Bet for J.P. Tokoto


For both Wisconsin and North Carolina, would be a major piece of their puzzles. Which school has he chosen? If I was a betting man, I would put my money on the Tar Heels. The combination of ’ hard work at recruiting and North Carolina’s legendary basketball tradition would seem difficult to pass up. But only Tokoto and his family know for sure.
