This week’s recruiting links come as some young ACC basketball teams are gaining at least a round’s worth of experience in Greensboro while football teams are beginning spring practice with some early enrollees getting their first taste of college football. North Carolina defensive line signee Delvon Simmons has asked Butch Davis to release him from his letter of intent to the Tar Heels this week. Here’s the ACCSports.com report on Roy Williams’ 2012 commitment from top 25 swingman J.P. Tokoto late last week.
