ACC tournament could come down to UNC and Duke
Posted Mar 10, 2011
The favorite - North Carolina. UNC dismantled Duke 81-67 Saturday to win the ACC regular-season title outright with a 14-2 conference record. The Tar Heels, who've won 20 of 23 games since a 4-3 start, have surged since they were blown out in the second half at Georgia Tech on Jan. 16. Roy Williams made freshman Kendall Marshall his point guard after that game. He now leads the ACC with 5.6 assists per game.
